And there is also a manual to start with, that I downloaded from the same page and attached here too.
If you are going to use the Excel Migration, you need first to download and install the corresponding add-in available also in the Application Access Point:

You can do it by using the Data Migration functionality. You can even try the IFS Data Migration Excel Add-in. More details can be found under Technical Documentation, under Data Migration or Excel Migration.
