I have a query regarding the Change Order window.

There is no field to check the Performed Date and Completed Date for an Engineering Change Order. 

Below is where the CO Approved Date and Analyzed Date can be checked. We need to know where the Performed Date and Completed Date can be found.

Could you please suggest or advise on this issue?

below are some possıible solutions:

1. Verify Field Configuration in IFS Setup

  • Navigate to Solution Manager > Configuration > Page Designer.
  • Locate the Change Order window and check if fields like Performed Date and Completed Date exist but are hidden.
  • Enable these fields by configuring their visibility.

2. Check the Logical Unit (LU) and Attributes

  • Identify the LU used for Engineering Change Orders (e.g., ChangeOrder or ECO).
  • Review the attributes in the LU to confirm if these fields exist.
  • If they do not exist:
    • Add them using Custom Attributes.
    • Link them to the Change Order window.

The system was confirmed to be working as designed.

The Engineering Change Order entity did not include fields for Performed and Completed dates.

To make these dates visible, they would have needed to be added to the entity.

Such a change would have been treated as a modification on a supported IFS track or proposed as a future development item.

Since the functionality aligned with the designed process, no further action was taken from the support side at that time.
