Hello all!  I have created a custom tab in the Project Navigator that displays the Project Connections (tbwOverviewProjConnDetails) related to the Project.  Is there a way to limit the display on this overview to items with object_type ‘Activity%’?  Is there a way to default the information on this tab to the results of a custom search or something?

Since the cloud managed services options are limited to Oracle file storage (no network) what would be the option of integration via text/csv files with other systems (i.e. HR, Payroll, Projects, Shipping you name it, also cloud managed)? Setting up drop-zones for various integrated systems as Oracle paths brings up another question. How does one post files there, and how does one extract results? There are further limitations in using reverse proxy authentication for that, which does not offer access to oracle port .. and thus any oracle hits  will need to come via local network or VPN. Since I can’t have a VPN with every 3rd party solution providers, how do I bring them to the local network?Hope it makes sense. If it doesn’t, I’ll rephrase :) Please let me know.

Hi,  Please confirm how to send SII proposal to Spain Tax Authority.  Currently system generate XML file to upload file, but XML tags are different, defined Spain Tax Authority we site. Do we have to write any transformer to upload Supplier/Customer Tax Proposal.  Regards,Kishore Nenwani

Hi,I would like to force the amount including VAT of a purchase line to an amount without decimal point but I can't do it.e.g. amount “price/curr”: 205 / tax: 18% (tax amount 36,9) => amount incl. VAT: 205 +36,9 = 241,9 => I want to display it 242 e.g.It’s not possible on the PO line, but Is there a way to display this total amount without decimal point? (it's possible on the supplier invoice but my need is really on the order directly).

Currently all of our raw material and finished parts use gallons as their UoM.  However given a change in our process, we have a need to reflect some of our raw materials as pounds or gallons, depending on the finished product.  We would like to create an alternate recipe that would be used to reflect pounds on the shop order by multiplying the finished product lot size on a shop order x the Qty per Assembly x the density factor on the inventory part.  Does anyone know if this is possible and if so, what settings on the recipe alternate are relevant and what value should we choose.

Dear All Member I try to migration data on Sales Quotation page but .csv file as following I can’t do it.Because when I upload .csv file on Execute job that can't keep store on one row. on my csv, I have data 3 rows on one column.on Execute Job when I upload, it will split line by itself. If manual input on Sales Quotation page, It can show many rows on Quotation Notes.I need to migration data many rows on  one column only like below image. How can migration job when it has many rows on one column ?page: Sales Quotation > Misc Quatation Info  

 When uploading one or multiple documents with specified document class, can system automatically place these documents into a document folder without manually specifying which folder? This means that document folder has been setup to be mapped to a document class.  Can a user or user group be given access to a Document Folder instead of by Document Class? If yes, once the user logs in, can the user only see the document folder where user has access to?  Can a person/person group see/filter only the document class that user has access to?   Is there a self-service portal for users - with a lobby where they can see only documents, document classes and document folder that user has at least view access?  Is it possible to see how many/what document views/downloads a user has done?  Is it possible to define the validity of user access to a document class/folder by person group instead of by person?  External customer would like to subscribe and view documents, but only document in specifi

Hello, We are trying to electronically manage Customer-Owned inventory. Currently we use a manual Kanban card to trigger reordering. Does anyone know a way to utilize MRP to trigger Purchase Requisitions for Customer-Owned parts? According to the help page for Part Ownership>Planning section, it is not possible, but I wanted to reach out in case someone has figured out a method of success.Part Ownership Help Page:   Planning Planning is available only for company-owned and supplier-owned supply, demand, and inventory. Hi Experts, I need your help regarding the core functionality of the 'FSM Mobile' client’s 'Task Note List'. One of the customers (Ericsson) reported the following issue on the PROD environment. "The mobile app is showing task notes in what appears to be a random order instead of being chronologically ordered from newest to oldest. The screenshot attached illustrates this, with notes shown in the order - 1 hour ago, 4 hours ago, 2 hours ago, 2 hours ago"Initially, I carried out a small technical investigation to find out whether there are any configurations or client scripts related to the Task Note list sorting but couldn’t find any related changes as well. Could anyone please share inputs of how this sorting mechanism works in the FSM mobile core? Thank you in advance!Danuja.Attachment 

Please, in IFS Cloud….  Where is the functionality equivalent to the search in document management that existed in IEE? 

We have been using IFS10 for almost a year now, but have never used the Bank Rec functionality We have now have a process for uploading bank statements into IFS - which will help with matching payments - but is there any notes/instructions on how we can clear the previous ledger transactions with no bank to match against and how we get the balances to reconcile?

It looks like our Direct Debits runs are being posted to the same cash account/Gl code as mixed payment, but for some reason I cannot see these coming though to the automatic  matching screen for bank transactions. Is there anything I should be changing or doing different that would allow these to show or is there something I am maybe doing incorrectly that is stopping these from showing?

What does this error mean when trying to ‘create direct debiting order’.  Some invoices/customers will go through ok, but occasionally some won’t for this reason?  

Hello Community,I am new to this world of FSM, I am configuring a function in Integration Function based on an SQL query, which I then want to configure in an Integration Map – XML, where in the processes tab I call the function and in the mapping I place the values that I want to take from the result of the function. However, performing the integration map test throws me an exception.

Hi everyone,I am contacting you in order to know what are the best practices in the usage of the server time zone in FSM cloud. Basically we are doing a project for a french customer only working in french people with only french users → simple case : Everyone is configured in CET (UTC+1 or +2 depending on the season).However we realized that our IFS server in cloud is by default in  UTC which means that in integration related topics we need to make some change to get the right date in inbound and outbound + adapt hours retrieved on specific reports etc… Which is additional work.Question n°1 : what is the best practice ? Should we change the cloud server time zone from UTC to CET ? Is this even possible ?We also realized that the hour fields entered in code tables (ex : TIME_BLOCK) or the work calendar exceptions are entered in server time zone ( in this case UTC) and not user time zone which leads to offset between the configuration done  and what is displayed to user’s view in schedu

I have noticed within IFS there are the following functionalities: However I am unfamiliar with their use and what they can offer?  Basically we require a system to ‘Track & Trace’ as and when equipment is issued on a temporary basis from our Warehouse to our sub departments. Hi, I noticed an issue with the column Planned Revenue in the Project Navigator while is was creating a report with Business Reporter. This column displays revenue different for Project/Customer Invoices and Instant Invoices: Instant InvoicesThere is no revenue displayed in the column Planned Revenue when using an Instant Invoice. An Instant Invoice in the preliminary state will result in revenue displayed in the column Preliminary Revenue. When the Invoice has status Printed, the revenue will transfer from Preliminary to the Posted Revenue Column. This seems logical to me.  Project/Customer InvoicesThe column Planned Revenue shows a value when the line in the Invoicing Plan is set to invoicable. For the Customer Invoice flow the column shows a value when the Customer Order is released. But even when the Project/Customer Invoice is created or has status PostedAuth, the revenue will still be displayed in the column Planned Revenue as well as in the other columns. So how am I to display

Hi all,When we issue material to a shop order, we always use “simplified material check”. The problem is that if we have not issued more material than the required qty, we cannot approve the operation: The system will try to backflush the remaining qty and the Simplified Material Checkbox is disabled.How do we solve this?

Hi,A company has a site (101) located in Sweden and the application server timezone is also in Sweden. Now if a technician from that site 101 needs to travel to another country to work on a work task (like Sri Lanka), when they report an expense and use the current mobile time in Sri Lanka which is 4 and half hours ahead, you will get a failed transaction that the transaction time cannot be a future date.We cannot set the time offset for that site as there are employees working in that site. One solution is to not change the timezone of your mobile device, however are there other solutions functionally that someone can take to avoid this problem? Or is keeping the timezone on your mobile device the same as Sweden’s timezone the only option here?Another example would be if there is a site located in the U.S and they travel to other states for their work tasks which have different timezones. They will face this issue as well. Appreciate any help I can get.

I need to change the number of  list populate. the default setting is  we just read 24 lines . 

We have a PO with header status ‘received’. Most lines Closed, some are in released state. each individual line has a discount defined. Supplier is providing an additional 5% discount for the whole PO, we just got to know.  How do we add this additional 5% discount in IFS now?
