Tracked Structure in Shop Floor Workbench

Hi,

 

Does anyone know, whether scanner is supported to change the tracking structure in Shop Floor Workbench, tab Tracked Structure.

IFS standard in APP10, RMB function support user to remove the current tracked structure, and if it is a touch screen, you could drag and drop the serialized part under the parent part, and rebuild the tracked structure. 

Instead of reading serials in visual, does system support scan the parent part, then the component serial no, then tracked structure is established immediately.

Hi, This is not supported in Workbench even In latest release in IFS Cloud 21R1 SU2. But we can expect this functionality in future with Aurena Framework support for scanners in upcoming releases of the Application.

    In Apps 10 Enterprise Explorer you can use dialog “Add Components by Barcode” available by right-clicking on the parent in the tree. Components can only be identified using inventory barcode labels.

    In Apps 10 Aurena below dialog will be made available in Update 13, or by applying patch 159289.

    It allows identifying both parent and component by scanning either inventory barcode, serial or lot/batch no. You can also filter components for a specific operation.
