Hello

 

In our environment (https://ifspsc1-d01.demo.ifs.cloud/) the Power BI reports examples are not running. They worked fine the last days but now you receive a message, it takes to long?

Other colleaguers in our DACH team have the same problem

What is the message that you get when you are trying to view the report? Can you send a screenshot?

I think you have to set the required permissions and roles. Refer below documentation to have a better understanding about the permissions and roles.

Could you please update the permissions and roles if the users haven’t those permissions and roles yet?

I asked the responsible team to look why the referenced environment is not available.

They will look into that immediately.

The server that was hosting the PBI reports was moved to the Eindhoven office ( since the office in Utrect closed last week).

Due to this the environment is not online at the moment.

A ticket has been raised with CoS to start the environment again.

Power BI demo environment  is back online again. You might need to run 'ipconfig /flushdns' in a cmd prompt on your laptop to get it to work.
