I am getting an “unpack error” while uploading external voucher. I believe this is due to date format. Where, in IFS, i can go and change the date format that it will allow me to upload my voucher?

You can change the date format on below screen, also do check the file separator used in input file and external file template.

Date format is taking from the External File template. Go to the External File Template window and search for the Template ID you using for upload and change the Date format under Date section to your desired format.
