You can find the documentation for managing user profiles here:

But this does not list any entries that could be used here. I don’t think manually typing in entries for profiles would be such a good idea as it could corrupt profiles. You can copy values from other profiles and delete values though, using the options provided in the profile window. Those are mentioned in the documentation I mentioned above, under the Manage Profile Content section.

I see what you are saying, I spoke with my System Support Specialist right before I saw your reply and she definitely feels the same way.
