How could make available under the attachment the option for Change Request and Change Action?

You would add ^EcoActionObjectConn^EcrObjectConn^ into the Service List column e.g.

Go to object connections window.
Search for LU name ‘EngPartRevision’
Add the ^EcoActionObjectConn^EcrObjectConn^ into the
(Go to cache window and clear the object connection cache restart the IEE if the change is not visible in the attachment panel.)
