Hi Kasia,
You mentioned both the Uplink and the TAS, but you’d only have one the the two, never both. Can you confirm what you use please?
To clarify, if you’re currently using the Touch Apps Cloud (which by the way is going to be decommissioned by 1st March 2023), then you’d be using the Uplink. In this case, the Uplink (hosted on your infrastructure) needs to be able to reach cloud.ifsworld.com which is hosted in Azure’s North Europe region, and the Touch Apps Cloud in turn needs to be able to reach your Uplink as well. If this is your setup, then sounds like your Uplink is hosted in India. The good news though is that your apps only need to reach cloud.ifsworld.com, so you don’t need to worry about access.
If you have the on premise Touch Apps Server, you don’t need the Uplink, but in this case all your apps need to be able to reach your TAS. If this is your setup, either you TAS appears to be hosted in India, or some of your apps are running on mobile devices are running in India.
