Could you please confirm that the Hide/Block option shown in the first screenshot is not available in all screens in Aurena (IFS 10 UPD13) ? Please noticed that in second screenshot this functionality is not available to hide Document classes.

You are correct. We don't have the option to hide or block document classes. But we have this instead, to stop some users from creating new documents of certain classes:
By the way, having a document class for files over 30 MBs is a bit strange. It does not really classify a document from a "functional" perspective, it's more technical, on a file level. Same goes for a class that is only kept in FTP. But it's up to you how to classify your documents of course 😃 If you like, perhaps you can explain your thinking there?

I take it using the Person and Group functionality does not stop the Doc Class appearing in the LOV?

Correct.
As some background, the Person and Group feature was there first and, when we added Hide/Block in many basic data screens in IFS, we did not want to have both that and the older feature which is slightly different.
