After migrating from 12.5 to 15.2, my backoffice team complain that the Audit Queue is swamped with PMs that should not be in audit. What is happening?

Hi Bjørn,

There is a very handy feature in Alliance called views.  If you don't want to see all the pending invoices immediately when you first open the Audit Queue, first set up the filter to show only order status from COMPLETED to order status NEED AUDIT.

Search and you will see only the Completed or Need Audit records.  You can create a view in the module while logged in as a customizer which then is an organization view.  All your users will have access to that view and they can quickly filter to just the group of documents needed.

In my example below, I saved it as Audit Queue - Need Audit for the description.

If you don’t want to save it as an Organization View, turn off your role as Customizer, log in again and make the change so it would be personal.
