Who is executing sql event action: &AO or user?

I have a problem, when user is triggers sql event action and I don’t have problem when other users or admins trigger the same sql event action.

User doesn’t has permission to function in SQL event action, but does he need it?

I wondering who is executing sql event action: &AO or user?

solved - &AO is executing SQL statements, but the language of the current user can decide what value is passed by parameters
