Hi Team,

After connecting to VPN , some users are getting below error which block them from connecting to IFS. These users always used to connect without any issue to IFS.

Any idea how to solve it ?

Are the users still using Internet Explorer as the browser? If that is the case, please ask them try with a different browser such as Chrome. In addition, you can ask them to check both TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 from Internet Explorer settings as shown below and see if that resolves the issue.

Have you tried using edge in internet explorer mode to open IFS?


Just an update, issue was solved and firewall was the issue.
