Capture labour cost through time registration window

Hi All,

In my case, employee register their project wise time through time registration window.

When time registration is authorized, project transaction is created under TIME project code. It records only time figure but no costing figures.

If I RMB on the record, go to posting there are two valid records. But there is no amount. 

There is not any voucher created for this record.

My requirement is to add employee costing figures to application. Where do I enter those costing figures. Can I use Standard Cost window?

If I put costing figures somewhere, will it create a voucher when time registration is authorized?

Any help document for this requirement?
