In the Customer Order screen, you can set up a subscription in the Header for certain fields.
However, the subscription option is not enabled for the order line details - is there any way this can be enabled?

the subscriptions are for single positions enabled. This means you need to click with rmb on a order line. Then you will see it is enabled.
