I reduced the new quantity to 0.5 and tried to save purchase order change order. However, I got the below error suddenly. Kindly advise how to reduce the quantity of the purchase order when PO in Received status. Further, explain the reason of the below error.

Hi @Thej you get this error because you have already received the original quantity (1). Therefore, now you cannot reduce the quantity. If you need to reduce the quantity, you will have to cancel the PO Receipt and then update the reduced quantity. Thanks.
