Hi,

We deleted a IMO but material lines (301) are not deleted they still exist in database and so als in the General queue.

I can just delete the lines from demand_material, but is this the correct way to do so?

version: 15.3.0.5

Thanks,

Robin

Hi Robin,

No, I don't think this is what should be done in a normal case. I am not sure what you mean by (301) but probably is the amount of lines that are present in the database, correct?

We need to understand why the demand material lines were not removed when you deleted the IMO lines.  For example, were they picked, packed, shipped prior to trying to delete the IMO?  Was a ship list created but still status OPEN so not shipped?

I suggest we look at this together in our next planned meeting to see what needs to done but more importantly determine how to reproduce and fix the problem from occurring in the first place.

I agree, its indeed 301 lines, the IMO was wrong created and had still Open status, and then it just was deleted, but the 301 are still there.

Hi Robin,

As we discussed, you should be able to delete the demand_material where the request_id = ‘IT2211290026’ as the IMO headers are already removed so it is just the demands themselves.  We confirmed the logistic status is still needed thus no issue removing these demand materials.

Further it is not clear how this happened as we have tested this again and new orders are not showing the same problem.  Only thing I can suggest to reproduce again is to create a 300+ IMO one time and delete.  Otherwise, things seem to be working.
