Alliance Service Order - Appoint criteria

Hi,

 

In the V15.4 version, are these functionalities of Appoint Criteria  still working globally ?
when I try it, I could have a list of SA , but I’m not sure for both options below :

  • display available slots (graph)
  • display available agents (dispatch console)

(both options are enabled on the smart client but not on the WebBO)

Hi Anthony,

I have confirmation from R&D these have not been developed for the Browser Agnostic employee portals and are not available in any employee portal other than the smart client (Astea Browser) which you have already mentioned.
