Hi, 

We just discovered that an object acquired in 2021 hadn’t been activated until now.

The issue we are facing is the application wants to do depreciations from the acquisition date. 

But since that was last year it’s a problem. 

We’d like to do all the depreciation in a lump sum in present period. 

Does anyone know how to perform such action, if possible.

You still need to create a separate depreciation proposal relating to 2021 (multiple accounting years are not allowed within the same proposal), but when it’s posted - change the voucher date to be the current year and period. You’ll then need to create another proposal for 2022 (if the current accounting year is 2023).

This will create a single voucher per proposal.
