WO created through tech portal is by default EQUIPMENT?

Hi All!

How to change the equipment type from EQUIPMENT by default into TOOLS/EQUIPMENT in Tech portal?. I’ve tryied to change it through Workflow configuration but the change doesn’t apply. 

May be the portal is dedicated only to EQUIPMENT?

Hi Andryis,

Yes, the Tech Portal only supports Equipment connection type. It is a limitation for the existing releases but could be considered for future if there are valid requirements.

When will the task handling for the tool in the technical portal be available?

There is no plan for including Tool/equipment in the recent 2 or 3 releases.

If there is a customer requirement please let us know we can consider it.
