Hi All, I deleted the Order Task and readded the field and resolvd the problem.

Thanks for your reply.
I add a new record and then select the list of values icon to select an ‘Order Task’ value. Why doesn’t the display text on the list of values show the concatenated values as i specified above in the custom attributes.
