do you know how does posting rule TX7 for control type AC2 - Pre posting work ?
Where should pre posting be entered to be retrieved to this posting rule ?

Hi,
Pre posting on personal costs gets pre posting info from the employee’s organization unit.
Note! This is not valid for TX4 (debit on projects) - then it is fetched from the project pre posting - unless you have set the property ORGPREPOST in company details to YES

AC2 pre posting can be defined based on your code part name.
Lets say that i have a posting control like below
Then when you enter an expense sheet and authorize it the posting would pick the cost centre based on employee’s assigned cost centre
