We are testing with Cloud 23R2 having an on-prem database. Just wanted to know if it is possible to configure the access such that mWO (Service Engineer) can access IFS directly from Android phones (i.e. without a vpn), but all other users accessing the wider IFS Cloud pages via PCs, tablets should use a vpn to connect? 

My idea is to make the access to IFS is secure enough, but not too rigid for the mWO users, and at the same time they don’t have to depend on reliability of the vpn.

@athasanka this is possible, but you will then need to use the “secondary URL” for Mobile users.

We have some documented examples here, and the second example is in line with your scenario.
