Does the currency revaluation process take into account advance payments to suppliers (Supplier Payment in Advance)?

The account used for Advance Payments should be added to the Revaluation Accounts list, and then it will be taken into account for the currency revaluation process.
The advance payment account is already added to the revaluation account list. Customer is in Apps10 version 09. It seems like a bug.
