We are having an issue with one of our users who is stating the default location is getting deleted without anyone modifying this in any way.
Does anyone know of any processes that removes this automatically?

I can’t think of a process that would do this, so my suggestion is to enable history logging on the form so that you will be able to see who (or what!) deleted it and when.
