We see lots of community thread with this topic. But Our customer came up with the below question:

 

Customer is on Remote(On Premise) Upgraded from APP10 to IFSCLOUD.  They are looking for migration of existing document attachments from the APPS10 environment to the cloud.

In APPS10, customer utilized a shared repository for storing documents. However, as we transition to the cloud, they encountered a significant challenge: shared repositories are not supported in the cloud environment.

The technical document also talking about migrate from database to File Storage

They are looking for guidance on how we can migrate the existing documents from the shared repository in APPS10 to the database repository or the file storage in the cloud.

Any Remote upgrade customer have these issues and How you resolved?

What you ask for is covered by the documentation you linked to and also discussed in other discussions here on IFS Community, as you also found. I recommend you read that content first, then come back with follow-up questions here, or even better in one of the earlier threads.
