We would like to use Item Styles to highlight a custom Global Code list where we hold SLA types.
Following the guide below this all works fine.

The one exception is the PRODUCTLOOKUP screen where the Item Styles are not displayed.
It would be desirable to have the item styles displaying on the above screen. Is there any config that could be done to activate this?

What screen is it?
You need the field to be a dropdown, not a lookup.

Its the PRODUCTLOOKUP screen. Thanks for your suggestion. This has resolved the issue. I set it to a COMBOBOX and linked it the the Global Code lookup it uses and it now displays as I need it to as below.
