Hi All,

We use FSM and PSO to schedule all field service work in our business.

We used appointment booking in 360 with Metrix 5 (old names for PSO/FSM) about 10 years ago but quickly reverted to fixed resource and fixed commitment tasks and turned appointment booking off due to its poor reliability at that time. Basically it didn’t work.

We are now on FSM U27 and the latest PSO version and are considering looking once again at appointment booking. I though it worth asking on here if any of you use it with FSM/PSO and if your experience has been a positive one.

@Chethana There are many customers successfully using appointment booking in their integrated FSM-PSO solutions. I believe some of them will share their positive experiences with the functionality, especially regarding the use of the latest versions of the applications.

Many thanks for the kind offer. That would be very useful. How is our availability w/c 23rd Sept Mon-Thur?  Or the following week Tue-Fri if that does not suit.
