I want to block buyer from buyer screen it is not possible as buyer is already used in creation of Purchase order.
We have option ‘Hide’ but we need another solution
Is their any other solution to block the buyer ??

It is a permissions issue on blocking? Or does the Buyer have outstanding authorisations to process or are part of an Authorisation group?
I’ve just successfully blocked a buyer who has created POs - both an active user and an inactive one.

Block option works.
suppose if we want to delete the buyer , system is not allowing.

I wouldn’t expect you be able to delete a Buyer record if they’re connected to POs already - otherwise you’d lose the Buyer information against the PO …
