Hello, I need help please. I created a mapping to mass import serial objects with an Excel file, I managed to get all the desired fields working except for a "Belongs to Object ID" and I don't understand why this field doesn't start working. update when I insert a new serial object. I modified the "Flags" several times but it didn't change anything.

 

*I specify that this field contains a list of objects already existing in the database

@abdelmalek.mecheri is there any specific reason why you try to update equipment_serial_cfv and not the base view: equipment_serial?

I would give it a try using equipment_serial in the Mig Job - View Name. If the superior object exists in the DB this should work.

Hello, I just changed the view to "Equipment_serial" and the "belongs to object ID" field still does not work...

Yes I checked, the line I am trying to import into my Excel file was tested in manual entry directly in IFS Cloud and it works

I find the solution, I changed the view to "EQUIPMENT_SERIAL_UIV" and it worked
