I’m looking for documentation about configuration possibilities for MWO screens in IFS CLOUD 22R1.
And in particular, to add read only custom fields on MWO screens.

I cannot find the answer to question in the document you provided - Is it possible to add a read-only custom attribute to the MWO new service request screen?
I have added the field, but I cannot see the value in it:
Custom attributes should work in such a way that when I choose a customer, I should see "YES" or "NO" in the selected fields depends on customer:
below you can see that in the database custom attributes have value:
screens come from 22r1
+16This will not work on the New Service Request screen. This is an offline screen, the app will not fetch the custom reference field when entering new data
