I cannot find the answer to question in the document you provided - Is it possible to add a read-only custom attribute to the MWO new service request screen?

I have added the field, but I cannot see the value in it:

Custom attributes should work in such a way that when I choose a customer, I should see "YES" or "NO" in the selected fields depends on customer:

below you can see that in the database custom attributes have value:

screens come from 22r1

This will not work on the New Service Request screen. This is an offline screen, the app will not fetch the custom reference field when entering new data
