Does anyone know of a manual that exist for FSM? I have been asking around and seem to be getting no response.
Maybe I am asking the wrong question or area for this question.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Hi, I have added link to another question where the FSM6Reference pdf is attached. it is around 500 pages and to my knowledge it is the most complete document regarding FSM.

+1Yes, I have reviewed these files however I am looking for things like what each status of a call does, the other functions with in FSM,
How to schedule a call or reschedule a call.. When I should create a new work order and how you go about doing so.
I feel like there is a ton of info on PSO but not the same for FSM. :)
+1Just to add there is so much more to FSM then what is in that short manual i.e the help button. I haven’t had any luck
