This problem is related to parts remaining at the shipping location. Parts owned by the company may be at this location, so IFS doesn’t want to mix them with customer parts. Please use another shipping location. This should work.

Please see help info below,

• An inventory location cannot keep stock with different ownership types and/or owners for the same part.
• An inventory location can keep stock with different ownership types for different parts.

You cant set the location, as @Chanu_Yazi  its to do with the mix of ownership in the locations.
