Authentication Error in PSO

Hi everyone,

Lately I can't connect to my PSO account because of this error: ExecutionException from Sender thread Caused by: ifs.fnd.connect.senders.ConnectSender$TemporaryFailureException: Exception while sending data Caused by: ifs.fnd.connect.http.HTTPClient$UnauthorizedAccessException: POST error #401: Unauthorized access

Which could be the cause? How could i fix this? What should I check?


I have to mention that we have an integration between IFS Cloud 24R1 and PSO.

Hi Miruna,

most likely there is an issue with your connection configuration between IFS Cloud and PSO. 401 suggests that PSO can’t process the data from IFS Cloud due to incorrect user/pw combination and/or issues with the IFS Cloud IAM Clients. Review your connection configuration inside IFS Cloud.
