Hello Community! I am attempting to transfer engineering parts to inventory as part of a workflow. The process includes creating a record in the EngRevTransferHeadSet set of the EngineeringRevisionTransferHandling projection. When created through the UI, the record includes a non-null RecordSelection property. However, I cannot get the RecordSelection property filled with a value when created through the workflow. I’ve tried adding it in the Create action and through an Update action, and neither input has been accepted. I tried hardcoding the record into the projection action, and the record still gets created with a null RecordSelection value. One of our dispatchers found that the same selection critera in PM Batch Scheduler give different results: if I select node 18, from date today, and 35 days, I get 29 PMs in EP, but 57 in AB.The difference is because AB includes Items without contract, but EP does not include these (even if it is flagged as Yes)  

Hi ,As suggested in below conversation, I set up the purchase part → Over Delivery → Action Authorized -->WarningThen I could go to register arrivals → Changed received qty→ Proceed with just a Warning. I understand, if I select “Error” it would stop proceeding. But The requirement of the customer is to have an addition authorization/ monitoring queue to control when accepting over delivery than what has ordered. Hello Community, I have a number of workflows, but when I deploy them, I have no clue what/why/where, so i just put the same deployment name in each time. Can anyone explain what this does or what it means, and if it makes any difference, or what are best practices?Thanks.David. 

PSO 6.11.0.18 I am looking for information on PSO External Links in Activity Details in Scheduling->Resources space.Where can I configure additional links or modify existing one? Is there an option to link to FSM and open a new tab within an existing FSM session, instead of opening a new FSM tab in the browser?Currently our FSM Task Info link opens a new browser tab, but displays no info - “unsafe” message included in the web addressThanks

Hello All, In IFS Cloud, I added some custom fields at project level in Project monitoring screen.The fields I made it searchable so it can be queried but I cannot see it while searching.The problem is coming particularly at tree view screen of monitoring.Kindly help or suggest.

Hi All,In IFS CLOUD 23 R1, is there a possibility to refresh the client form following a custom event action? In one of our customer’s Application, a custom event action will change the PO status following some updates in the form. We have set up a new Profile in Astea Alliance, and in this profile the change product on Installe Item is not visible. I have checked user setup in other profiles, and see no differences there. But it is obvious I am missing something. What we want:  How it is:  

Hello everyone On the image above i have changed the validity of some characteristics ( Active > > Hidden). It doesn’t make any changes on the configuration creation screen. It still asks me the hidden characteristics. And then  also  i changed the mandatory characteristics  (YES >NO) it still gives me the option to choose from hidden characteristic values from list of values. Can someone tell me the functionality of the validity value “Hidden”. Thank You.

Hello,I’m encountering an issue where some users can view attachments without any problems, while others don’t even see the “eye icon” as an option. I’ve been investigating the cause but haven’t had any success so far. Could this be related to a missing projection, or might there be another issue at play? This is an example of the eye icon appearing.This is an example of the eye icon not appearing.

Hi, through the customizer, we want to disable the Serial_no field on the RP main screen when the RP status is “awaiting product” and the serial number field is already populated. So we add the conditions to disable the serial no field : (order_stat_unique_id=50) and (serial_no <>   ). But this customization has no effect. Do you know why ? NB : the same customisation on the tagno field works well , so why it is not working on the serial no field ? Thanks for your help

Dear Community,At a PSO instance 6.9.0.18 which is hosted by IFS Cloud Services connected to an IFS Cloud environment (23R2) also hosted by IFS Cloud Services.The Scheduling Optimization Configuration is successful with the “4 blue OK messages” when saving. Also when Testing, the response is within 2 seconds “Connection successful”.When sending a dataset, the background job is OK, and when looking at the Application Message created, that status is "Released”. There is an Input Message Data XML which is the LOAD XML and looks fine to me. But there is not Output Message Data XML.When looking at the PSO in the Event Log, we don't see any action here… I am an admin, I have full permission in both Cloud as PSO. Does anybody has any ideas where to investigate, push or fix stuff? Application Message: PSO Event Log: 

Hi trying to understand the HA installation with 23 R1, when we did a few test installations it seems that the number of containers on every node was varied, i hade expected the number of containers to be the same, then i realized that in the yaml file the number of replicas was set to 1.Is it the case that this would lead to a unbalanced distribution of the containers on the 3 nodes, and would i be right in assuming that for a HA design with 3 nodes and a hardware load balancer the number  of replicas required to achieve full HA would be 3. And is there any more detailed documentation for the HA solution that someone can point me too ? /Regards Craig

Hi,One of my customer, with his partner, uses Visual Studio 2013 for their developments in their Azure cloud environments.They will have to upgrade to TLS1.2 because the previous versions will soon no longer be supported, but they have read that there are compatibility problems between TLS1.2 and VS2013.Does it mean they won’t be able to develop anymore once this change is done ?Is there a way to make VS2013 compatible ?Thank youFabrice 

Hi,I have an invoice of USD 250PO and Receipt amount is USD 190I changed the gross amount to 250 in the manual supplier window and added the posting line of Debit USD 250 → Invoice went to Posted Auth state even though this is above the given tolerance of 1.00 USD. Please advise how can I add an additional authorization / why I don’t get any warning to control postings above the tolerance level. Many Thanks,LK

Sooo - as part of a standardization project we are running I have been asked if it is possible to change contract type on existing contracts. I know it is not possible to change thru the GUI on existing contracts, but I have been testing a bit doing it in the database. And so far all looks fine - the contract type itself does not seem to drive any additional data. Are there any known blockers or horro stories related to doing this?
