We need to sync accountExpires date field from AD in usr_flag2 field of contact user. I am able to sync the data but the data seems to be in datetime or other format.  For example expiry date for a user is set Monday June 3,2024 in AD but when i run the CUG process the value it updates in usr_flag2 field is 1336194720. How can I update the field with proper date format?     

Hi,We are having errors when uploading our ISO20022 file to HSBC UK platform. The error is related to the PMTINFID tag. IFS generates the information using 35 characters and HSBC UK ask for 18 characters. Anybody have any suggestions what to do?Thanks,   

Hello,We are using IFS Mobile 6.25.8597 (Rev.2) under Windows and are also testing the use under iOS. Here we use IFS Mobile 6.12.7886 (Rev.2). Do these versions correspond, or is there also a version 6.25.8597 under iOS?Best regards

Hi, As anybody already encountered this issue : having the dates of the Dispatch Console “truncated” on the screen ?  As highlighted, dates are not displayed in full, with Mozilla browser.  Further more, I can see that time slices are not the same as in Edge (for instance).  Is there any parameter for that ? Thanks.

We get a lot of service orders where quantity is 0 for Time travel (t_travel) - this is exported through GL Batch/GL Export. Is there a way to stop this from being exported (when value is 0)?

Hi ALl, When we have a Work Task assigned to a FSE, we use the MWO so we can track his travel/waiting and working time. This is being tracked very detailed per minute, per second, but we want to invoice per hour started or even per half day started. (so always round up). How do we do this exactly? Is this based on the Sales UoM of the Non-inventory Sales part? It seems something that we should be able to do quite easily but I never spend much thought on this. Best RegardsRoel

We are using the eInvoice process to bring our invoices using a 3rd party system that uses OCR to export out the data. A new requirement it to populate the Payment Reference field (Ncf_Reference).  I cannot seem to find the reference for that node.Does anyone know how to populate that field?

When the work is accepted, there need to be a Travel button for the worker to set its status before Start Work.However, Travel Button is available in My Work WindowIssue affects for every user.Workflow Configuration allows Travel.Does not have multiple Workflow Configurations with the same filtration but different weight.All other Travel related actions are available from Work Details (Stop, Pause, Continue) I would greatly appreciate any insights you could share on the actions required to visualize the Travel button in Work Details. Thank you 😊

We get the above error when creating a collective invoice for the specific customer. The straighforward fix would be to add the payment method ‘SEPA’ to the customer > payment > payment methods right? But the problem is we don’t use SEPA

Warehouse manager flags that a count created this morning is mysteriously missing. I suspect someone has deleted it. Will there be traces of this count somewhere if it is?

We are trying to set up new contract template formulas. We have our heads around the formula creation piece.It appears that formulas can only be selected in the contract template if the formula Module is set to Contract Templates.This is the part that we cannot figure out how to do. Can this be done by us, or does it require IFS to assist?

Does any understand the rules around Project Exceptions and how to clear them especially the two that affect your cost:Resource Planning Planned Value ExceededIs there any documentation that explain these, have been looking at the Planned Value Exceeded and just presumed that it was that my Planned Cost was lower that my Committed Cost + Used cost. But on the example I looked at my planned cost was fine. So looked in more detail and discovered that Baseline cost was lower than my Committed + Used Cost,  adding my activity to the Baseline cleared my exception. ThanksMark

Hi Experts,We can change the prices and qty of sales parts in ‘WON’ status sales quotation lines. How can we prevent this from happening? Is there any site level or system definition setting?Business Impact: We used to create sales quotations from business opportunity lines. If a user can change the values in the WON quotation line, that will be represented in Business Opportunity. These will adversely affect the sales records of sales representatives. Thanks!
