Receive the error message  -Approve is not allowed when price is missing on any line when trying to approve the forecast.Cannot find exactly where the data is missing in the setup .Need your kind advices on what further needs to be checked.Thanks  a lot .Udanee 

On a Purchae Order, in APPS10 we’re seeing that the Wanted Delivery Date calculation is allowing the date to be a weeekend or holiday. Is there a way to make that change itself to a work day? 

Hello everybody.Where are trying to create a supplier Invoice directly after recevieing the the maintenance purchase order.(Financials - Supplier Invoice - Manual Supplier Invoice) The Virtual assistant in aurena creates the header, and if it is not specified it creates a default Line.In the log we can only find the header api, with no line calling. Hello, I can't figure out on which invoice my serial part was invoiced. I have an order line with 40 parts, I have invoiced 20 on an invoice A and 20 on a invoice B. I can't figure out if my serial part X  was invoiced on the first or second invoice.I can't find a screen that contains both informations. IFS, on the other hand, manages to find this information, as it's on the standard edition. Could you please help me?Best regards, Lina

Hi All,When defining the project deliverables we normally copy the whole structure as a deliverable. However sometimes we need to change the item type of these items. For an instance, let’s say we have a machine with many component parts, as a project deliverable. If we are to manufacture this machine we need all the component parts created as demands for the project. So the item type for them will be ‘Material’. However, there can be instances where we need to get the whole machine from another supplier. In this case we don’t need the component parts to be created as demands for the project but we need to have them as components listed under the machine, in project deliverables design. In this case we need to change the item types for all the component parts from ‘Material’ to ‘Non-Material’.  But what makes this process difficult is that in cloud, we can only change one line at a time (as per our understanding). Hello,I’ve created a BPA (WORKFLOWS) in IFS Cloud to automatically set default values for the "Defalult Language" and "Country" fields when adding a Lead in the CRM module. This works correctly in IFS CLOUD version. However, in the CRM Companion mobile app, the default values are not applied when adding a Lead.I have also ensured that all necessary permissions are in place for the BPA to function, but the issue persists in the mobile environment.Attached, you’ll find screenshots from both the IFS Cloud and the mobile app for your reference.Has anyone experienced something similar or knows why the BPA changes might not be reflected in the CRM Companion mobile app?Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!Thank you!

Logged in as AppOwner.This screen has five custom fields, but they are not showing via RMB > Custom Objects > Fields. It just shows “Overview”. The fields were displaying and working correctly, but suddenly stopped. Ordinarily, it’d look something like this (different screen, obviously). All the custom objects would be individually listed.   Any ideas? Nothing has changed, no updates to the system, nothing like that. All the fields are approved and published and WERE working normally!  Have tried all the basics of reloading the config and clearing all the various caches. Thanks! -Karen

Apps 10 Update 15SEPA payment format, CORE, 001.001.03In the SEPA XML message there is a tag named <InstrPrty> that can be used to indicate that the payment file should be treated as urgent by the bank.This seem to be defaulted to value “NORMAL”.Is there a way to set this, from within IFS, to “HIGH” for specific payment files.  

We have a large number of users who have left the company and their IFS IDs are inactive. At the Oracle database level they are also inactive and our DBA would like to remove them.  Does anyone have experience with removing users from the Oracle data base but leaving them in IFS as inactive.  They do not own any schemas, events, triggers, batch jobs, etc.

In 23.2.9, we are not able to connect a material requisition line to a non conformance report.It seems that in the object key ref, the key order_no is missing. So, we cannot search for a material requisition line from the material requisition number.  Conversely, when trying to attach a NCR from the material requisition window, we got an error message. Hereafter are the parameters of the object connections : Any idea regarding this ?

Hello.We have a weird IFS behaviour : on this screen ifsapf:tbwReceiptInfoWe already added a couple of custom fields, they are already available and displayed on ifsapf:frmReceiptInfoAbout ifsapf:tbwReceiptInfo , by realizint a right click → column chooser, even if we add every CF on the right side, and then, by clicking on the OK button, these CF are not displayed.If we return to column chooser, they still appear in the left side.What can we do to display these CF? all of them are persistants and they are not shared with no other view.

Imagine that we buy 2 foot sticks, and that we cut them in half to get 2 one foot stick. Currently we just count-out the two foot stick and count-in 2 one foot stick but this way causes problem since its hard to keep track of the material inventory. Is there a better way to transfer one part number to two new part number? I tought we could make the 1 foot stick with a product structure but then it would mean that everytime we produce end product the step of cutting the stick is in the process. We dont want that since we cut alot of stick that last us a pretty long time. Any suggestion?

Hello, I wondered if there was a way to limit the amount of order lines that populate when pulling up a customer order. We have some very large orders that have thousands of order lines so it can take a while for them to load when we pull up the order. Is there a search parameter or something similar I can set so that the customer order would only load a portion of the lines to begin with? For example, if I only wanted to look at non-invoiced lines, could I load the order with just lines in the “released” status? We are currently still using IFS 9 Applications. 

Hello,in IFS10APPSI have created custom event to release every purchase order just after saving.  Than, when I save new purchase order, nothing happens. The purchase order 433184 is still in “Planned” state. No errors of the event, nothing.  What is wrong with it? Where should I look for error? Thanks in advance Jan

The people to be added to the document distribution list must be registered in the Contacts window. You must have selected one or more documents before using the menu option for document distribution. If you are using e-mail notification as the distribution method, the relevant e-mail address(es) must be registered in the Contact/Contact Method tab.
