Crystal Reports Web Service Setup Problem

Unissue Shop Order material via WADACO

Hello, Currently, we are using WADACO to directly issue component material to a Shop Order via Manual Issue Shop Order Part. This has been working well. However, I have noticed that there does not appear to be a command to unissue material in the event a transactional mistake has been made. Looking through the WADACO user guide, I do not see a command that indicates it is possible to do, is this correct?Any guideance would be appreciated.

Apps9 Handling Unit Label - where is the data?

Hello - if I print off a handling unit label from a shipment in Apps9 there is a space for Supplier Code - however in my system the value is null and I can’t locate where in the UI that this field gets it data from, anyone able to help me please, thanks.

mobile edge : Component re-installed as item

Hi, For a use case, a technician installed a material (fulfilling the material order) as a component by mistake. When we are at this step, the part is a component of the installed item.Could we have a way in mobile edge to go back and only declare the part as an installed item and not a component ? If we go through a desinsallation, the part is deleted and not installed independently as installed item (and not component)In the backend, we can reactivate it, but i'm not sure we have this option in mobile edge ? Operators (+/-) in date fields available in IFS Cloud?

Is it possible to add a duration to the date in date fields? For example, for the "Wanted Delivery Date" in the customer order: "TODAY" + 1 month or "TODAY" + 20 days.Comparable logics are also helpful. Many thanks in advance and best regardsRolf

Document revision automatically changed from Preliminary to Released status

Hello, I'm using document management in APP10When I send an instant invoice using message class INVOIC, media code E-INVOICE, the image of the invoice is automatically attached in Attachments /Documents The document revision for such invoice is in Released status, because it is automatically changed from Preliminary to Approved and then Released.Why does the document revision not remain in the Preliminary status?There is no approval template or event action Is this an intended behavior of the application?Is it a matter of setup?Best regards,Aneta

IEE user accidentially modified page and it persists

We had a user accidentally hide the bottom section on the Manual Supplier Invoice page.It took a while to figure out what the problem was. The change to the page persisted through logging out and back in again. Other than figuring out that she had dragged a section down to hide it - is there a simple way to return a single page in IFS to it’s previous default view for a user that change it?Thanks for your time and knowledge in reading this...This was the page:Here is is after she accidentally pulled down and hid the 3rd section of the page:

Can you prevent Database Authentication in Aurena login screen in IFS Cloud?

Is it possible to prevent database authentication with Aurena, leaving only the SSO option available to users, at least for external-facing IFS Cloud sites?This is with IFS Cloud.It seems like it should be feasible but I’ve not yet found any clear documentation on how to go about the process if it is.Thanks,Nick

Does IFS Cloud no longer have an Oracle account for each user

It looks like our new IFS Cloud database no longer has an Oracle user account for each IFS users. In the past this allowed users to create their own ad-hoc reports. Is there a way to give specific IFS users a corresponding Oracle account? Note: ODATA is not powerful enough for our current ad-hoc reporting needs.

How to use dynamic pivot on Quick Reports?

Hi, I need to create a Quick Report for a department. For this requirement, I should use pivot. However, the pivot columns must be dynamic. The columns show years and months.To make the query dynamic, I wrote a function that returns a query text. However, when I query with Dual table. It has been returning query text, not the query result. Part Cost Details - Control Values

Hello community,We can exclude a component from Cost Calculation using the “Stop Cost Roll” checkbox.Does anyone have an idea on why the control values are not editable in my case. URGENT - PRINTING IS DOWN

Hello,Currently we are facing an issue where out printing is down in IFS Cloud. The strange thing is that this only happens for some printers, which we have verified they are mapped correctly and even remapped them to be sure. The error we are getting is “object reference not set to an instance of an object”. We’ve never encountered this error before in the 8 months that we’ve been using IFS cloud. This issue causes items in the print manager to fail, and when restarted, it seems there is a 50% chance this will complete the print manager job and actually print out.Any and all advise would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan

Date of Last Action Event Monitor

There seems to be a bug pertaining to the date of the last action field. For example, if I create an event monitor where I want to find all events where the “Follow-up Request” action was the last action taken, it works correctly. But, if I indicate that I’d like to find events where that action was taken, say, at least 5 days ago or more, the date filter doesn’t apply. In fact, it’ll still show events where the action was taken the same day that I am running the query. I’ve tried looking in the release notes but I can’t find any mention of this bug. My organization is running on assyst 11.2.3.

Scheduled Database Task between certain times

Does anyone know if it’s possible to schedule a Task between particular times? I’m looking to scheduled a task daily to run every two minutes but only between 6am and 8pm each day. Any PL/SQL assistance would be appreciated. Many thanks.
