I tried to change the initial and related query not to sync the OPEN task_status type task. I put the where conditions in sync like Task.task_id Not equals to OPEN . Once I update the task_status to Open and put any owner its getting synced to mobile. I don't want this data to sync

We are using the Service Quotation functionality. We are updating costs via the Operations and Other Demands tabs (within the Work Order tab).When performing updates which change the Cost or Selling price of a quotation, the ‘Calculation Required’ field should become ticked to indicate that the user should perform a RMB ‘Calculate Total Cost and Quoted Price’. However, there are certain actions that do not tick this box, even though the actions themselves will have an effect on the Cost and Selling price. I have noted below the instances of where this box does/doesn’t tick. The end result is that users can potentially proceed with a quote, without the totals in the ‘Quotation Totals’ tab being accurate. Does Tick Creating new line in Operations tab Deleting line in Operations tab Changing Sales Part in Operations tab Creating new line in Other Demands tab Deleting line in Other Demands  tab

We are moving from IFS9 to IFS10 IEE client. I just got the package delivered this week of 10 and I am working to understand all of the changes and upgrades that were done to figure out how to best utilize the updates. So far I have noticed locations, work tasks, basic data changes, & date configuration changes. I am wondering if there is a good resource to view training videos or to get help understanding the updates and how IFS views the customers to use them efficiently. So far it feels like Tasks are just another layer that may slow us down in the office until I figure out how to properly utilize them as we don’t have a lot of our own technicians in the field and work with many outside contractors to do our service work & ship parts to directly to customers or 3rd party technicians etc. We will be looking into the mobile application for the few field technicians and engineers we do have and possibly B2B for customers and contractors in the future as well, but I need to g

Hi all, We would like to connect documents to mixed payments in IFS, but when I look to “Document Basic: Object Types for Access Control” and I go to Object Type MixedPayments, then I don’t see “Get_Document_Access” available as method. Is that correct, or do I miss something here? thank you!Kurt

Hello,We are trying to create an Object Connection Transformation so that documents attached to a work order can be viewed in the Customer Order, but we’ve been unsuccessful.  We’ve tried several combinations but can’t figure out the right settings.  Has anyone been able to set this up?  Here are examples of a couple we’ve tried.

In the mWO we have the possibility to print the Service Report. In most projects there is the need to modify this report regarding layout and/or data as it is possible to adapt the reports which are available in IEE or Aurena.Which possibilities do we have to modify the Service Report regarding layout and data which should be printed. Which tool can be used or was used to implement this report?Is thereany other possibility to create a report with an own layout and data from mWO which can be started in mWO. Do you have any idea how to solve this requirement?

Hi all, I have an XML Business Rule to create TIME_COMMIT associated with a Task. Hi Experts,One of our clients has a concern why the web client search screens wouldn’t respond the browser zoom level that they use.That means, they would want the whole web page to be populated no matter the zoom level they’re in.For example;When the browser is at 100% zoom level, the search results are as below:  However, when the zoom level is at 75% the search results will not adjust so as to populate the whole screen:  Also note that there are 152 records available here and I’ve set it to display 100 results per page. But still there’s a huge unallocated space left when zoomed out. Will adding this feature be considered for future releases

I want to have full access to the part catalog in my site on mobile. device. I have “SyncAllPart” set on TAS. If I play with the mobile assortment setting It works giving limited view according to its content.Only the parts I have on my remote whse  (or belonged to assortment) I can put on work order.What  else do I need to make the full catalog part available ? 

 What would be the best route to troubleshoot this issue?

Hi,Can anyone help me with below query ?  For Apps10, IFS introduced a new generic concept for Validity in basic data.  This enables the users to control whether a specific basic data code can be used or not, and can thus help in managing when a certain code is allowed.E.g. if a code has been used, but should be discontinued, the old way of handling this has been to add something like DO NOT USE in the description, since it is not allowed to delete a code that is used.  This does however not prevent users from actually using it, and it will also present that text as part of description all places where that code has been used.  The new capability ensure that you can prevent the use of an old without having to do such actions.In Document management, the new concept is not yet implemented, leaving an inconsistent application where the users do not have the above mentioned ability to control which basic data codes that should be allowed to use or

Hi All, Can you kindly help me with below query raised from one of our customers ? Single LU with multiple View gets overwritten in object connections window. Is this the standard behavior or is it something that should be fixed ? Example:Let’s say I create an entry in object connections window for LU PurchaseOrderLine and view PURCHASE_ORDER_LINE_ALL. Enter other needed data and save the record.Then create another new record for the same LU PurchaseOrderLine with a different view like RECEIPT_INFO_ALT. Enter other needed data and save the record.Note that the 1st line gets removed and only the 2nd line remains. Thanks and Best Reg

I have a question regarding conditionally showing the ‘Create Request’ button on the ‘Service Requests’ screen of the customer portal. In a nutshell, we service different customers (different organisations), some of which are allowed to create requests, but others not.  How do i achieve this on a customer by customer basis? the only way to do this i think would be by one of the following methods (if any of these possible)All customers get the same ‘Requests’ screen but conditionally show the button Each customer gets there own tailored ‘Requests’ screen Have a separate instance of the Portal for each customer, who then access it with their custom URL

Hi,I am in the process of setting up Touch Apps again as we were previously on Apps 9 Cloud hosted and are now on Apps 10 TAS on Premise.I couldn’t get the IFS Notify Me 10 app to work with iOS at all, however now that I have switched across to the IFS Aurena Notify Me 10 app, I can see the records syncing ok. However, I’m struggling to get the push notifications to work...What are the steps required for the “Push Enabled” checkbox against Installed Apps/Devices to become enabled? I can see in Application parameters, that for Notify Me that PUSH_ENABLED is ON and there are values against NOTIFICATION_HUB_PATH and NOTIFICATION_HUB_URL Thanks, Callum

We are finding that we need to be able to couple capacity (utilization rules/regions/shifts) to activity types.  We have been asked multiple times to support a use case that goes something like "We only have someone out there to do install work on Wednesdays" or "We want this team to spend X% of their time on these types of work."  Right now, we struggle to support these kinds of scenarios.
