We are currently using the Mobile Work App.

In order to investigate issues, we request service engineers to share the Device Logs.

However, the files are being to big to send via e-mail and to upload to the CEC Portal of IFS.

 

Is there a way to reduce the size of the logfiles?

Hi,

There’s no option to clear logs or limit them at the moment. On iOS you will have to reinstall the app and on Android, you can clear app data to reset the logs.

If it’s iOS, is it possible to try iCloud uploading instead of emails (using Save to Files option on iOS)?
