PSO - error Request Entity too large - IFS10

Hi all,

I’m working on an IFS Apps 10 environment connected to IFS PSO.

The 2 applications are connected, but when the LOAD message is sent from Apps to PSO, I have the following error message in the Application Messages :

Exception while sending data

Caused by: ifs.fnd.base.SystemException: Post error: 413 (Request Entity Too Large).

Does anyone faced this issue and have an idea of the root cause?

Hi CapGladyB,

 

Can you check the file load file size sending from IEE side. There could be a reason file size is large for 360 server to accept. If then you have to adjust the ISS settings. (Not sure exact parameters) .

Was this error with a Cloud instance of PSO?  We are not getting the same error with our APPS10 instance.  Adding @Pubudu Dharmarathne
