Is it possible to update a Sell Price on a service line once pushed to the Customer Order?  We receive an error stating it must be done in the Work Order but wondering if there is a bypass flag somewhere in the basic data to avoid that.

 

We are using IFS APS10

No, there is no way of changing this behavior.

Information is not going back to the Work Order/Work Task from the Customer Order, thus a change on the Customer Order wouldn’t be reflected on the Work Order/Work Task which would result in incorrect data.
