What causes the error “Error when synchronizing entity MobileUserInfo: ORA-29024: Certificate validation failure” in the touch apps Logs?

Hi,Is there a way to enable an advanced search functionality in IFS Cloud MWO app? As an example, to filter the completed time records in the Completed Time tile according to a date range?We can see that the only available search is the framework generated Search box. Any workaround for this?

I want the parts sent with a service order to be cancelled.I corrected the stock by undoing the inventory usage from the "Report in Work Order" screen.But that's not enough for me to close the maintenance order.Customer Order is not canceled(01-pic), customer order delivery is not cancelled(02-pic) and transfer of work order lines to customer order is not  undo(03-pic).Do you have a suggested solution? 01-CustomerOrder.png02-UndoCustomerOrderDelivery.png03-UndoTransferToCustomerOrder.png

Hi, We have a scenario where, the mobile users will have to create new work from mobile, when assignments are not available in my work list. In Apps 10 MWO , there was a separate tile called New Work, so from there it was possible to create new work irrespective of the existence on work assignments in mobile.Do you know are we going to get this functionality in the future for the cloud mwo app, or do you have any workaround for this scenario. Thank you very much!

Hi,Using MWO with IFS Cloud 22R1, I noticed that the “Actual Worked Hours” are calculated using “Assignment Finish” date and time.Is it the expected behavior ?It make more sense to me that it would be calculated with “Work Finish” date and time.Kind regards,Lénaïc

Hi everyone! My IFS system is not showing me the Notify Me app on App’s Screen, and I can’t add it manually. I already activated it on Touch Apps Server and ran the grants in the Database. What can I do to “Notify Me” appears on Apps Screen in the IFS? Thanks!!

I found this discussion regarding how to view signatures on a work order. I do not see the Work Tasks tab in IFS 9. Is there another place where the signature from the mobile work order app can be seen on the work order in IFS?  

  We have added a new field “C_SAFETY” to Aurena “Work Task” page via a modification. This “C_” field is available in both JT_TASK_TAB table & JT_TASK base database view.We want to add this field to Aurena Native “Work Details” page, but it is not shown in the aurena native page designer attribute list under content. We have another set of custom fields added to the same “JT_TASK” entity as a configuration (CF$_TEST1, CF$_TEST2)and these custom fields available in “Aurena Native Page Designer”, but none of the fields added via a MOD not available in.Any reason it is not available?   

Hi, In Apps 10 very nice functionality of Handover was introduced. However I cant make it work properly in IFS Cloud. I use Maintenance Engineer portal. I started the job, created Material Requisition and then want to use Handover functionality to move the task away from me as by the time materials will be receive there is no guarantee original engineer will do the task. I selected Handover which goes away from my to do list. However, it doesnt seem that supervisor can assign the assignment to the different person - only engineer can assign it to himself using portal. Can you please advise what is the best approach here as I dont want engineers assigning jobs to themselves? I need to make sure I use the same Work Task so that I can use requested materials. I dont want to use Incomplete as it puts Work Task in status Work Done when it is not actually done… I noticed there is a flag “Has follow on visit” but I dont know how to make it work to say yes and does it even relevant to the solu

Community,Wondering how to define invoice parameters for below scenarioScenario: 1 year service contract, for example 12000,  first invoice 6000 will be issued immediately when contract is activated, then after half a year, will invoice customer 25%, after one time visit, then pay rest of 25%.we usually use service contract 1 year contract in periodic 1 month, so system will split it evenly by 12 month.  but we don’t know how to do the scenario described above.Thank you.

I am working on a validation business rule that allows only specific people to change a request from CLOSED status to OPEN I figured the best way to do this would be using the REQUEST_EVENT table and CREATED_BY column. However, the event is only created AFTER insert so this wouldn't work. Is there another way to set this rule by the user actively doing it? or are business rules limited to tables & columns? Is this something i would need to do via XML?

We have customized the work task screen on base profiles. It was a new screen for our users in IFS 10 so we didn’t think we had to clear their personal nodes. In the base profile everything is clean looking. In the user profile everything is “smooshed”. I can get screenshots from the users - but it is not everyone either in a base profile. Just some of the users. In our test environment we saw it and then when I refreshed the base profile and logged in as some users it seemed fine. So I updated the base profile when we moved into production but it is still plaguing some users. Is there any reason this could be happening? Any suggestions other than removing the nodes from all of the users personal profiles to update back to the base? Or any easy way to do that for many users in different profiles?

Hi together, we have a problem that the MWO Service App is not connecting to the server. Every User we used, is stuck on the same loading screen during initlization.Furthermore, we used already several new environments and the issue always exists. After around 24 hours, sometimes we can connect, however changes in object, workflow configuration etc. need again around 24 hours to show up in the mobile devices. We have set up everything according to the technical documentation correctly: 1, IAM Clients → set up the URL´s2, User IFSSERVICEENGAPP & IFSMAINENGAPP added to the relevant company as well site3, Database Processes are “Scheduled” and active Every Native User has the status in installed Apps “Init Waiting for GP”    Furthermore, we found out that we get an error in Grouped Push Transaction Traces:Error when processing transactions in procedure Mobile_Transaction_Batch_SYS.Execute_Task_. Dear all.We’re preparing a quick report for HR related time bookings based on transaction in the MWO.For this we need the Start Date and the End Date from the users entry:User entry in mWOIn IFS we only see this as time report:IFS time reportAs you see, the reported time is in the future. Hi, A customer has the following issue, When a user completes a Work Order he has to complete a Survey and this is mandatory.  but the issue is there are 2 users which cannot complete the survey.in logs, a users Employee ID is showing as “100044JNEFF” and there is no employee as “100044JNEFF”there are 2 employees registered for the same user, and their employee ids are “JNEFF” and “100044”. somehow these 2 ids are getting mixed and taken as one employee id. initially, I thought, terminating one employee would solve the issue but it didn’t. the issue still occurring for the same users.any and all ideas and solutions are welcome, Thanks in Advance. Best Regards,Bhanuka 

Hi Community,my Customer is using IFS Cloud in combination with IFS MWO Service App.Since their company language is english they would like to use the client + app in english.No Problem for Cloud.But since Native Apps always take the device language, we have a show stopper here.It’s not an option to switch all devices to english. Does anybody know how to overwrite this “language of the device” setting?Is there no option to switch only the app language to english?? BR Sven

Failed transaction handling is big trouble in practical scenarios. Work order transferred to mobile is accepted by the mobile user but later it is taken back or put up in the prepared status in IFS for reassignment or replaning. IN SUCH SCENARIOS, Group messages will fail and handling of these messages becoming big hurdle. How these can be properally handled. Specially, I  such scenarios where WO no is showing g different WO no like - 50004 etc. 

Good afternoon,we have a case where a mobile survey is showing on the engineers device within the e-forms. This survey is not a published survey and is not showing within IFS as a historical/closed survey.  Therefore there is no way of deleting the survey from the eForms library.  Can anyone suggest a way in which this survey can be deleted from the device. Hi, I set up MWO in Cloud successfully, however following the update I now receive the following error message.  I have attempted setting this up again but unfortunately this has not worked. Does anyone have any documentation that I can use to see if anything has been missed? Thanks,George.
