Using IFS Report Designer, how can I print the document footer in multiple languages.  It looks like there can be only one document footer per report. The report is by company and with in the company multiple languages could be printed.

Hello,Certain functionalities work only in the ‘Global’ Context in Page Designer and not in the ‘Custom’ Context for MWO Service. One such example: able to view the Field Hint for ‘Phone Number’ field in MWO Service - Windows platform using Global Context but not through Custom Context. I’ve Refreshed Cache from Solution Manager > System Information and Utilities > Refresh Server Cache > “MobileApplication” > Refresh CacheIs there any limitation for the custom contexts?Kind RegardsPriyanka Cecilia

Hi all, I’m trying to create a new “Revision” of a sales quote, but I cannot see any options in doing so. The field “Revision No” is on the screen, but I cannot trigger a new revision?We currently use Business Opportunity but are looking into starting to use Sales Quotation instead - So if any additional material is available, it would be most appreciated. We use Apps9 Thanks,Michael

Hi All.I’m wondering why there entities are taking too long time to sync to mobile.Could someone help undertand it and how may I filter in permission set to not send the survey answer to the mobile user?A filter that looks like in object information that the user has access just for the worktask objects.E.g. &0.MCH_CODE in (Select distinct t.actual_object_id from Jt_Task_uiv t where t.task_seq in (select m.task_seq from Mobile_Work_Order_UIV m))the idea is that the user just answer the survey and send it back.Also a filter for the mediaLibrary.I want to improve the sync performance for mobile users.I’m using APPS10 UPD17 MWO Maintenance 10.Tks a lot for attention    

Hello,Is it possible to add/remove/hide the “Sort by” option in the “My Work” screen in MWO Service in Cloud 22R2?I’ve tried the Order By option in Page Designer. It does a static sort of the data in the “My Work” screen but it doesn’t add the parameters in the Sort list.Kind RegardsPriyanka Cecilia

Hi Experts,I need some inputs to this mobile issue if you aware of this scenaio.There were like 30 work orders created by a mobile user himself on MWO and was added with media, material and time report. While performing the actions the signal was weak so the user came back to the home and connected with wifi then he sends the Work Orders to EE.Problem is we could not find any of this orders itself on EE. Where we can look now for thses orders?Is there any Buffer or cache area which store's this work order and we can retrieve it,  does anyone aware of or any setting we can enable for this on MWO or EE to consider scenario's like above. Many Thanks,Kasun 

Good afternoon - We have a case where the Work order is not updating the Work Order status from the Mobile Device - Mobile Work Order is at status Started however the IFS WO is showing at status Assigned. Can anyone advise why this issue is happening. Many thanks all  

Hi All, Can someone explain to me how I can have the bar of the Project Allocation in the Resource Monitoring Gantt? Within the legend I can see a Yellow bar which should show the Project Allocation, but I am not able to see this? are there any requirements? Thanks in advance

Is it possible to have saved queries synced into the Mobile Work Order?If not can we get more filters into individual LOVs to narrow down the results in the LOVs in MWO depending on other values.  As an example for Item Class LOV can we add in a saved query to show only specific items in MWO for that user or filter values based on the service contract etc?

When the Pool-keep task has a duration and when the mobile user accepts the pool-task it gives the below Failed transaction.ORA-20105: JtExecutionInstance.FINISHDATENOTWITHIN: Allocated interval is too short for the allocated hours.Has anyone encountered this? When the user accepts the pool-keep task, it gives this FT and the pool-keep task is removed from the pool

Hi,Is it possible to export the entity filters defined in IFS Cloud? In Apps 9 we were able to connect it up to a ACP.  I was trying to add Mobile Application as Item into Application Configuration Package but only the mobile application params seems to get included. Are there a way to export entity filters? Maybe in the roadmap? or I missed a step?

We are looking at using Service Contract for the first time. We know how to set this up to invoice for a set amount of money for each period. However, we are wanting to set it up to invoice for resources used (actual Time, Expenses, and Materials) entered on Work Orders/Tasks connected to the contract on a periodic basis. Example: We have multiple work orders and tasks that we have done for the customer over the past two weeks, and we want to generate 1 invoice for all this work leveraging the Customer Agreement to determine the sales price table. We thought using service contract would allow us to do this without needing to go each work order/task individually. Is it possible for this to work? Thanks!
