GPS Tracking of Technician in IFS Cloud

Hi Experts,

Any suggestion how to track technicians GPS position in IFS Cloud when he starts for the Task starting from On route till he completes the task.

Timely suggestion is highly appreciated.

If you are running mWO, you can turn on GPS tracking on Application Level

You can control the location tracking in behaviour in Application Parameters.

You can also control it for individual devices

The data will be recorded in Device Locations

How frequently the updates are synced. Where can we set the time?
Can we track the Technician movement on the Map, so that the Dispatcher or Schedule Manager can view the Technician movement.

The frequency is set in the parameters, LOCATION_TRACKING_INTERVAL_MIN. It also captures the position when a status is changed and a picture is taken.
No, there is currently no map showing a trail of positions.
What is the error? Works fine for me. Can you try this link?
