Is it possible to configure hierarchy values for Dropdown fields in Cloud 22R2 mWO Service? If yes, can you please provide the steps or documentation link?
For example: Based on the data selected in Field A, values should be dynamically populated in Field B.

This is on the roadmap and will be delivered in a future release. If you must do this today then it will require a customization. When doing MWO customizations there is no need for a new app. The customization is done in the same way as the web client pages are customized. Then at runtime the app will download and run the customized page rather than the core page.
