Hello,I have a SVD group that would like to have a form prepopulated with specific options, or save it as a template, so when they make the request again they would only need to add the clients contact information. This would be for something they get on a regular basis and to save time submitting the request.Example: Site Support gets request from a client while they are supporting another client on site. When they return to their desk the would then open the “pre-filled form/template” add the user name and submit it with the “default” values. Thanks in advance for any comments and/or help.Craig

Hi All,Customer has a working schedule where Mon to Thursday 8.25 hours and on Fridays 4.5 hours and which allows employee to login anytime and they are expected to work only 4 hours to complete a day I was able to get this minimum work hours setup successful using the parameter list functionality for Monday to Thursday but I'm unable to find a way to do it for Fridays. Can anyone suggest me how we can do this? Best Regards,Dharshan.

Currently, we operate on a perpetual license model within Apps10 IE. We need clarification regarding the points mentioned below.1. Do we have the option to maintain the perpetual licensing model, or are we required to transition to a subscription license when we upgrade to IFS Cloud?2. Is IFS Cloud available for on-premises deployment with the IFS Cloud perpetual license?3. The same IFS10 Perpetual license can be continued without any additional cost in the IFS Cloud ( Cloud Perpetual License mode) .4. If we decide to surrender our perpetual Full User Licenses and Limited User Licenses, would this lead to a reduction in our current AMC costs?4. Is there is any category in the user licenses like LTU ( Limited Task User ) and Full User Limit.5. We need full understanding of the subscription model Vs perpetual license model, if any document available, please share the same.

we are currently importing data from our former ERP system into IFS Cloud 23R1SU6 and we notice that for instance the TEMPORARY_PART_COST_DETAIL table is just growingDoes anyone know how supposed temporary table is cleaned? is there some cleanup batch to schedule?thank you in advance 

I need the output of the check_amount to show 2 decimal places. Ex. 550.20. The export file seems to drop the last zero. What function should I use to format this properly?Thanks

Hi - we have customer that wants to have POs on all PMs/UMs. I am having difficulty adding blanket POs to PMs - it only seems to work on Sales Orders.And of course the customer wants a different PO on Contract invoices and PM/service invoices.Anything I am missing in setup, or is PO on PMs not possible?

Hello!Recently I’ve encountered an issue with the Lobby Element Designer. I’m trying to create a new Barchart element but started receiving “Unable to save element” errors when trying to save the new element. I’ve previously created Barchart elements, so I’m confident I have everything configured correctly in the Data and Formatting sections, but this one puzzled me enough to try duplicating an existing Barchart element. When duplicating a working element, I’m still presented with the same error when saving. This issue does not occur when working with other element types.Does anyone know if there is a cache or some configuration that needs to be reset so that I can move forward with the development?Regards,Randy

Hi,We have similar issue with previous post regarding rounding line 100001 for External supplier invoice line. How to setup auto posting for rounding difference line created when we use PO line matching in Posting Proposal | IFS Community We do have external supplier invoice with and without PO and we want to set up posting control so when there is rounding line 100001 on external supplier invoice line, it should always create posting line with account number and code part values. How can we set up this in IFS cloud? For example which posting type and control type etc.  Thanks and regards, 

Hi All,I'm trying to load an external customer invoice with multiple lines with record type A and the invoice are getting created without any errors. But as soon as I load them it goes to a status ‘Partly loaded’. There are no errors. So I'm wondering the reason for this?  

HiI am trying to create an Excel Migration Job that will delete User’s Sites. I would like to use the method USER_ALLOWED_SITE_API.Remove_User_Allowed_Site. It requires only COMPANY and USERID and removes all Sites associated with the given COMPANY for the given USERID. I would like it in Excel so that we can load the specific Users and Companies we need to target.If I run this PL/SQL, it completes successfully…beginUSER_ALLOWED_SITE_API.Remove_User_Allowed_Site('USERID','COMPANY');end;I have tried various configs in the Excel Migration job and it either errors, says it has processed it (but hasn’t) or churns for a while and returns a blank.Any pointers?

Has anyone attempted to add a zip file to a BOP or CO?  Is it even possible?  We often have large files with bids, quotes, assembly docs, etc and thought it would be easier to attach it as a zip file.  Zip files are not categorized as documents. .pdf, .xml and etc are documents. Each type of attachment requires a different file path to be created. For example a jpeg would need to be attached under media attachments, and wouldn't be able to import as an document attachment. We do import zip files when migrating profiles, permissions, lobbies and etc.. but the areas we're working in are mapped for zip... has anybody come up with a method to map a zip file to the BOP or CO?

Sometimes our SAs take photos at customer sites, and we would like to include these on the service orders we send to the customers - very handy to document chargable work. I have tested with Customizer, but it does not look like we can a add this on the report. Or am I missing something? Would it be possible to get as a customization?

We’ve got some Service Request S records stuck open. The Tasks are complete but it looks like the complete stage was missing when they were created. There is no resolution open available on the S record in order to resolve them manually either. Any ideas on what we could do? Cancelling would send a confusing email to the user which we are keen to avoid.

HI All,In the latest cloud release IFS released us to use “Packaging Material Parts to Handling Unit Accessories”. I have configured the settings and I am seeing an odd behaviour. I am not sure this is due to set up mine. Any help would be highly appreciated. Below is my set up. I am maintaining my packing material in IFS as an inventory part.Inventory Part - P-100-1Packing Form (Packing material) - 1-00212 I am using below packing Instruction and I have defined Handling Unit Accessory and connected my packing material to that. Below is my packing Ins.
