We have service orders where the status do not change from “SA in route” when the SA start activity (we expect the status to be On site). This is both in mobile and backend (Dispatch Console, Web Employee Portal). Set up?

HI Bjørn,

There is not a setup to change the workflow of the status messages such as this… the status should be set to SA onsite when the SA begins work.

Communications can affect this if the outgoing message from Mobile cannot be sent due to connectivity issues.

This really should be logged as a case for investigation with IFS Support.

Hi @NazishS

Bjørn is using SU6… since he logged the case to Support it has been determined this is a data corruption in the service order data which we found a way to repair using the application so no longer an issue.  New orders and other orders seem to be functioning correctly for the reported client users.
