Completed Customer Offsets

Hello! My finance department uses Customer Offsets in IFS10 to view completed customer offsets. We have found this screen to be missing in IFS Cloud. Has anyone found where you can see completed offsets?

Hi Sara,

 

I would recommend the "Customer Payments Analysis" screen, and Filtering by the "Payment Type" field. If you set the Payment Type to "Customer Offset", this shows all the Customer Offsets which have been entered.
