We have the itinerary view in the backend.
Is it possible to use this view on mobile for a a technicians in a smartphone/Tablet or not ?
Is it a responsive ?
What are the settings to allow this view for a technician in the field.

As mentioned in your other thread, check the PSO Workbench Guide documentation, chapter “Scheduling - Itinerary”. Create users, give them the needed permission. And then just give it a try on a phone or tablet to see if it’s sufficient for your needs.
