Hyperlink is not appearing in web client, but it is appearing in Smart Client on a certain screen.

When loading a different screen the hyperlink shows up.

Does anyone know what might the issue be?

Both CC Escalation and Financial Escalation are running off the same table with different primary table constraints. For that particular field, both of them are the same.

This is UI realted configurations.

Check in the UI Designer and compare the field configurations on the screen.

Properties are the same for both

I could not pinpoint the exact reason for the hyperlink not working in the web client. To resolve the issue, I recreated the screen.
