Sort in SV Trns. Log

Hi, in a service order with multiple fullfiled activitites , in the SV Trans.log, we want to display those activities sorted by fullfiled Date/time.

Then in the SV Trans Log screen, we select “activity” in type field, and we sort on the “actual Date” column. The activities are well sorted by date but not by date/time, so the sort order is not good when several activities are fullfilled the same day. 

You can see an example on QAC, SV2507180005@@1, 3 fullfiled activities, sort on column “actual date” : the 3 activities fullfiled the same day are sorted like this :

18/08/2025 15:11

18/08/2025 15:09

the fullfiled time is not taken in account in the sort.

This should be logged as a support request.

Probably what is happening is there are actually two fields; actual_dt and actual_tm.  I am thinking the sort is on the date field which does not contain the time component or a generic value.  The display on the screen does a calculation combining these two columns so you see date time but sorting is not doing the same, just the date field
